Pricing of products and shipping cost
All prices on our website are in Icelandic krónur and included 24% tax (VAT)
Prices can be changed anytime without notice.
Vivienne ehf. does not ship goods outside Iceland.
Products are sent by Íslandspóstur directly to the door or to the nearest post office. Íslandspóstur's deliveries, guarantees and shipping terms apply to the delivery of the product. Accordingly, Vivienne ehf. is not responsible for lost shipments or damage that may occur to goods in transit. Shipping fee for shipment below 8 000 ISK is 990 ISK and free shipment for orders over 8 000 ISK.
When completing your order, you can choose to pay by PayPal, bank transfer, debit or credit card (VISA / VISA ELECTRON / MASTERCARD / MAESTRO).
If a bank transfer is selected, payment must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Upon payment, the order number must be stated in the note. Sold goods are the property of the seller until the buyer has paid the purchase price in full. If the product is not paid for within 24 hours, the order is automatically canceled.
Vivienne ehf. reserves the right to cancel orders, for example due to incorrect price information or to stop offering products without notice. The right to confirm orders by telephone is reserved.
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of him, it shall be brought before the District Court of Reykjavík.

Customers can get their products refunded in full if they are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery along with a sales invoice. The product must be unused, in perfect condition. Delivery of a product is based on its original price, unless the product is on sale or a special offer upon delivery. The right of return does not apply to goods purchased at a sale.
Shipping costs of goods are not reimbursed and returned goods are the responsibility and cost of the buyer unless it is a faulty or defective product.

Damaged / faulty products
If there is a defect in the product, you can get another similar product instead.
Otherwise the defective product will be refunded.Vivienne ehf. also reimburses all shipping costs involved.
